le mans 2013
it was a great race, as always. audi is a juggernaut, and t.k. is back where he's most comfortable. i thoroughly enjoyed watching porsche edge out aston martin, especially after everyone had pegged corvette and ferrari as the ones to look for. sad that le mans saw its first death in over 15 years, but i'm glad they didn't let it overshadow the race he loved. it will be nice to get a full night's sleep tonight.

RE: le mans 2013
Unfortunately I only was able to watch a little of the race, but it was good to see the Old Guard win.
A grim loss, but it seems to be being taken in a sensible and (reasonably) resigned fashion, without knee-jerks.

RE: le mans 2013
I was glad I got to watch a good bit of the coverage this year. Sad news about the death of Simonsen. I don't think anyone was surprised by the Audis dominating.
