WTCC & BTCC vs. DTM
I've been watching lot of Speed's much delayed coverage of these touring car series and it struck me how enjoyable the racing is in WTCC and BTCC compared to insomnia curing DTM.

Why is there so much action and over taking in WTCC and BTCC while DTM is mostly dull parades?

RE: WTCC & BTCC vs. DTM
Having many (genuinely) different teams must help.

I'm going to the DTM at Brands this year, but it is mainly for the excellent historical surroundings, relaxed atmosphere and photo opportunities rather than because I expect to see much excitement on track.

Maybe when BMW joins we'll see some proper action.

Regards,
Mark

Is there any chance of Opel rejoining the series?

RE: WTCC & BTCC vs. DTM
DTM seems to be like F1-same boring and generic comments from the same bland/lack-of-style drivers from the sanitized teams backed by a lot of manufacturer money. When in doubt, follow the cash I always say.
