RE: Will it rain in Sepang?
on saturday, the forecast for the race was a very scary looking lightning storm, and we got a little sprinkling.

I prefer a little sprinkling, it keeps it interesting. A Full wet race is too predictable. If it's mid race, even better, it really screws the tactics up. Maybe even a couple of showers to force loads of pit stops and really cause some chaos.

I wouldnt mind a smattering of rain in Q2 either with a drying Q3 track.

I would prefer a downpour right before the rolloff, then nothing for 30 minutes, then sprinkles for 10 minutes, then dryness for 30 or so laps, and then a downpour for the final 3 laps of the race. That's not too much to ask for, is it?

In Malaysia...no, not really. Just might not be in that order.

That sounds more like the script for Interlagos '08.

I could cope.

It rains about 200 days a year in malaysia

when it rains in Malaysia it will flood roads and fill the drains to overflowing, although it is at the end of the rainy season

Northeast Monsoon Nov-Dec to March heavy rainfall, flooding
