Richmond, VA?
A season or two ago they gave a shout out to a F1 viewing group in either Richmond or Glenn Allen VA. I searched for it at the time and never found anything. Anyone in here part of that? Met a few guys at our local go kart track but they were from DC.

RE: Richmond, VA?
Oh wow...this is a semi-old thread, but I am part of an F1 fan group here in Richmond. I ditched my cable TV in favor of downloading the ITV races last year (and BBC this year) as my apartment doesnt offer any HD programming and the service sucks anyway.

However, I do still meet with friends to watch the races live. You should come out to our Friday night meetup at Starbucks at 5001 Huguenot Rd. every Friday night at 8pm. I am there most Friday nights. My friend Mike organizes the meetup and the race viewings. Once you get to know him, I'm sure he'd be comfortable inviting you over to view the race. (They used to view it in a public place, but no more)

There are usually about 20-40 car people out there every Friday, but thankfully we manage to keep the ricers away. It's me and some fellow 350Z owners, lots of Subaru guys, S2000 guys, and an occasional Ferrari, Lotus, Silvia, or AC Cobra will show up.

PM me for more details and I will link you to our own richmond car forum. And we go out to G-Force to race karts sometimes too.

RE: Richmond, VA?
We have a small group of F1 fans meeting in Sterling, Virginia for the races. All teams are supported.
