Will have no access to TV or computer this weekend.

But you will have access to a short wave radio? I am impressed, but I don't hold out much hope for you being able to listen to the race.
If you have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and data coverage, you may be able to follow live (written) commentary on an app.
