Looks like the safety car was passing some back markers. How confusing.
Well it passed Teflonso, making Alan van de Merwe a much better driver.

I think Virgin started in pit lane which was why they were behind the safety car. It's still a bit strange though, surely it's bad enough starting form the pits without getting held up behind the safety car.
