Hi all,
My fiance and I are going to Israel for a month in September. Are there any pubs or anything that televise it in english? It's locally broadcast in Hebrew according to wikipedia.
Cheers,
Julian
There's a forum member - garyshavit - who lives in Israel who may be able to advise if you pm or email him.
Many forum members are now getting VPN accounts here and watching online with the BBC.

It's 2 pounds a month, reports are good.
I watched once the F1 race in Israel (in a friend's house) and it was really weird because Sundays in Israel are like Mondays in western countries. Everybody else is working and you're watching F1 in the afternoon...
I remember I followed the race on a kind of Sports TV, available in the cable TV everyone seems to have, and it was indeed in Hebrew.
You could probably get the audio through some Internet radio that broadcasts live over Internet. I think BBC Radio 5 Live broadcasts F1 races, but perhaps they restricted it to UK IP addresses.
You could also try some TV streaming sites, like justin.tv, for example.
The FIA seem to be cracking down on the internet streams much heavier recently - though there are still options out there -- you just need a decent internet connection and do a little searching - the thread in the forum will give you some past options - especiattly some of the main sites to have a look at such as Justin TV Sopcast and TVU etc
Thanks everyone. I'll PM "garyshavit" and look into the streaming links. I know I'll miss ONE HD's broadcast.
Cheers,
Julian
