Was wondering how likely people think these are, I'm not saying they will all happen, but I like seeing the smaller teams doing well, and i don't think any of them are too crazy
BMW wins a race
BMW is a strong contender for 2nd in the constructors
Toyota wins a race
3 podiums for williams
Vettel wins 2 races
Points for force india
Brawn GP gets at least 24 points (10 more than last year)
SeaBass gets at least 20 points
BMW wins a race very likely
BMW is a strong contender for 2nd in the constructors likely
Toyota wins a race you mean an F1 race, right?
3 podiums for williams certainty
Vettel wins 2 races would surprise me. depends on the weather and on RBR's reliability
Points for force india I hope yes. But I think no.
Brawn GP gets at least 24 points (10 more than last year) possible, but Williams will outperform them
SeaBass gets at least 20 points he won't get a single one
If McLaren struggles as much as it seems during the testing, it might well be possible that Ferrari and BMW will dice it out on track. And basically all the other teams could become 4th, except for Force India and Brawn GP. I think Brawn lacks the fund to develop the car and FIF1 are just a very unlucky group of people.
I have a feeling that we could see a year of Ferrari dominance (again and again and again and again and)
I'm going to wait until after the Jerez test next week to make my pics for 2009. I hope it's as mixed up as it looks like it will be.
The press will suddenly discover
Jenson Button
my prediction - after a slow start due to his leg Webber's class will show against his new team mate Vettel

Me thinks vettel is going to blow webber away!! who is the #1 driver at red bull anyway??!!

Moany Mark is in the #14 car, Seb is in 15. #14 is actually #13, hope he is not suspicious, break a leg.
Fair warning I am going to be insufferable when Mark leaves Vettel in his dust

I'm going with Koala - I predict Webb and Vett will be surprisingly equal in what will initially be a slippery fast but buggy car.
With admitted bias, I think BMW's right on Dr. Mario's plans and they'll be contending for the season championship.
BGP's testing speed certainly looks good, but it will really be something to see how the car goes with all the heat on.
Oh - and Ferrari - I predict more incidents related to four-man fueling-rig carry. Sure, they'll be super fast but RBR inconsistent.
Lastly, I'd like to think Bourdais will do well this year too - should be very interesting to see how STR vs RBR develops their cars this year.
Other things to think about might be Albert Park's notoriously slippery green course, typically very un-european heat, un-testing track bumpy, less aero and more slick tires, and the huge cow-catcher front wings. It's going to definitely be exciting, but seems very unlikely to me the fastest car out there is going to win. I predict Fernando will do it from a third or fourth row start.
